When he approached his father in a corridor of the police station, he was only wearing trousers and an overcoat and was holding the rest of his clothes, which were wet, in his hands.

    In November 2001 the criminal proceedings were stayed.

In the applicant’s view, the bankruptcy proceedings were not complex at all and they were not delayed due to his conduct.
