KRÜGER, Secretary to the Commission         Having regard to Article 25 of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms;         Having regard to the application introduced on 7 December 1988 by Urban CONRADI against Sweden and registered on 3 November 1992 under file No. 20876/92;         Having regard to the report provided for in Rule 47 of the Rules of Procedure of the Commission;         Having deliberated;         Decides as follows:   THE FACTS         The applicant is a Swedish citizen born in 1928 and resident in Stockholm. He is a retired teacher.         The application concerns the grading system applied in Swedish schools. The applicant complains that too high grades are being given, in disregard of the applicable grading principles. Loyal to these principles, the applicant has given relatively low grades and has, for this reason, allegedly been subjected to different kinds of decisions, sanctions and accusations by authorities and colleagues. He invokes Articles 6, 8, 9, 10, 13, 14 and 18 of the Convention.         By letter of 7 November 1994, the applicant has informed the Commission of his wish to withdraw the application.   REASONS FOR THE DECISION         Having regard to Article 30 para. 1 (a) of the Convention, the Commission notes that the applicant does not intend to pursue his petition. Furthermore, in accordance with Article 30 para. 1 in fine, the Commission finds no circumstances regarding respect for human rights as defined in the Convention which require the continuation of the examination of the application. The Commission, therefore, accedes to the applicant's request to withdraw his case.         For these reasons, the Commission, unanimously,         DECIDES TO STRIKE THE APPLICATION OUT OF ITS LIST OF CASES.   Secretary to the Commission             President of the Commission          (H.C.
