He was represented before the Court by Mr B.G. Margveli, a lawyer practising in Saint Petersburg. 2.     The applicant complained under Article 6 § 1 of the Convention about non-enforcement of the judgment of the Dzerzhinskiy District Court of Saint Petersburg of 14 October 2005 ordering restoration of the applicant’s residence registration. 3.     The letters dated 11 June 2012 and 30 August 2012 were sent by registered post to two known addresses of the applicant’s representative. However, they were returned to the Court with notification of the postal services that the letters had not been collected by the addressee. 4.     The applicant neither notified the Court of the change of representative, nor communicated any other address at which he might be contacted. THE LAW The Court considers that, in these circumstances, the applicant may be regarded as no longer wishing to pursue his application, within the meaning of Article 37 § 1 (a) of the Convention. Furthermore, in accordance with Article 37 § 1 in fine , the Court finds no special circumstances regarding respect for human rights as defined in the Convention and its Protocols which require the continued examination of the case. In view of the above, it is appropriate to strike the case out of the list. For these reasons, the Court unanimously Decides to strike the application out of its list of cases.
