The Serbian Government (“the Government”) were represented by their Agent, Mr S. Carić. The applicant complained under Articles 6 and 13 of the Convention and Article 1 of Protocol No. 1 thereto, about the non-enforcement of a judgment rendered in his favour against a socially-owned company. On 29 November 2012 the Court decided to give notice to the Government of the applicant’s complaint detailed above. On 17 April 2013 the applicant informed the Court, without providing any explanation, that he wanted to withdraw the application. THE LAW In the light of the foregoing, and in the absence of any special circumstances regarding respect for the rights guaranteed by the Convention or its Protocols, the Court, in accordance with Article 37 § 1 (a) of the Convention, considers that it is no longer justified to continue the examination of the application. Accordingly, the case should be struck out of the list.
