He is represented before the Court by Ms Y. Kobzarenko, a lawyer practicing in Saratov. A list of his applications is set out in the appendix. 2.     The Russian Government (“the Government”) were represented by Mr   G.   Matyushkin, Representative of the Russian Federation at the European Court of Human Rights. 3.     The applicant complained under Article 10 of the Convention about unjustified interference with his right to freedom of expression. 4.     On 2 July 2015 the Court decided to give notice to the Government of the applicant’s complaints. 5.     On 3 August 2015 the applicant’s representative informed the Court that he wanted to withdraw the applications. THE LAW 6.     Having regard to the similarity of the main factual and legal issues in the above cases, the Court decides to join the applications and examine them in a single decision. 7.     The Court notes the applicant’s stated intention not to pursue his applications. In the absence of any special circumstances regarding respect for the rights guaranteed by the Convention or its Protocols, the Court, in accordance with Article 37 § 1 (a) of the Convention, considers that it is no longer justified to continue the examination of the applications. 8.     Accordingly, the cases should be struck out of the list. For these reasons, the Court, unanimously, Decides to join the applications, Decides to strike the applications out of its list of cases.   Done in English and notified in writing on 15 October 2015.
