Zupančič, President,   Paulo Pinto de Albuquerque,   Iulia Antoanella Motoc, judges, and Fatoş Aracı, Deputy Section Registrar, Having regard to the above application lodged on 20 November 2006, Having deliberated, decides as follows: FACTS AND PROCEDURE The applicant, Ms Zsuzsanna Renner, is a Romanian national, who was born in 1942 and lives in Cluj Napoca. She was represented before the Court by Ms M.T. Renner, a lawyer practising in Cluj Napoca. The Romanian Government (“the Government”) were represented by their Agent, Ms C. Brumar, of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The applicant complained under Article 1 of Protocol No. 1 to the Convention that her prolonged inability to use property over which she held a valid title entailed a breach of her right to the peaceful enjoyment of her possession. On 10 July 2007 the Court decided to give notice to the Government of the applicant’s complaint detailed above. On 16 January 2015 the applicant’s representative informed the Court that the applicant wanted to withdraw the application as the matter complained of had been resolved by the domestic authorities. THE LAW In the light of the foregoing, and in the absence of any special circumstances regarding respect for the rights guaranteed by the Convention or its Protocols, the Court, in accordance with Article 37 § 1 (a) of the Convention, considers that it is no longer justified to continue the examination of the application. Accordingly, the case should be struck out of the list.
