Serghides, judges, and Fatoş Aracı, Deputy Section Registrar, Having regard to the above applications lodged on the various dates indicated in the appended table, Having deliberated, decides as follows: FACTS AND PROCEDURE A list of the applicants is set out in the appendix. The Russian Government (“the Government”) were represented by Mr   G. Matyushkin, Representative of the Russian Federation to the European Court of Human Rights, and then by his successor in that office, Mr M. Galperin. The applicants’ complaints under Articles 5, 6, 10 and 11 of the Convention and Article 4 of Protocol No. 7 to the Convention were communicated to the Government, who submitted their observations on the admissibility and merits. The observations were forwarded to the applicants (or, where applicable, their representatives), who were invited to submit their own observations. No reply was received to the Registry’s letter. As to application no. 2030/05, by letter dated 21 July 2016, sent by registered post, the applicant was notified that the period allowed for submission of his observations had expired on 6 May 2016 and that no extension of time had been requested. The applicant’s attention was drawn to Article   37   §   1   (a) of the Convention, which provides that the Court may strike a case out of its list of cases where the circumstances lead to the conclusion that the applicant does not intend to pursue the application. The applicant received this letter on 12 August 2016. However, no response has been received. As to application no. 15058/08, by letter dated 20 May 2015, sent by registered post, the applicant was notified that the period allowed for submission of their observations had expired on 5 December 2013 and that no extension of time had been requested. The applicants’ attention was drawn to Article   37   §   1   (a) of the Convention. The applicant received this letter on 20   July 2015. However, no response has been received. As to application nos. 2886/09 and 7941/09, by letter dated 15   May 2015, sent by registered post, the applicants’ representative was notified that the period allowed for submission of observations had expired on 23   September 2014 and that no extension of time had been requested. The applicants’ attention was drawn to Article   37   §   1   (a) of the Convention. The applicants’ representative received this letter on 16   June 2015. However, no response has been received. THE LAW The Court decides to examine these applications jointly in a single decision. The Court considers that, in these circumstances, the applicants may be regarded as no longer wishing to pursue their applications, within the meaning of Article   37   §   1   (a) of the Convention. Furthermore, in accordance with Article   37   §   1 in fine , the Court finds no special circumstances regarding respect for human rights as defined in the Convention and its Protocols which require the continued examination of the cases. In view of the above, it is appropriate to strike the cases out of the list. For these reasons, the Court, unanimously, Decides to join the applications; Decides to strike the applications out of its list of cases.   Done in English and notified in writing on 6 July 2017.   Fatoş Aracı   Branko Lubarda Deputy Registrar   President APPENDIX   No. Application no.
