Serghides, judges, and Fatoş Aracı, Deputy Section Registrar, Having regard to the above applications lodged on the various dates indicated in the appended table, Having deliberated, decides as follows: FACTS AND PROCEDURE The applicants are Russian nationals whose names and dates of birth are set out in the appendix. The applicants complained about the delayed enforcement of the judgments in their favour imposing various obligations in kind on domestic authorities and the lack of the effective remedies in respect of the non ‑ enforcement complaints. Applicants’ complaints were communicated on 17 November 2016 to the Russian Government (“the Government”), who were represented initially by Mr   G.   Matyushkin, the Representative of the Russian Federation to the European Court of Human Rights, and then by his successor in that office, Mr M. Galperin. In July and September 2016 the Government submitted their observations on admissibility and merits. The observations were forwarded to the applicants, who were invited to submit their observations in reply by the dates indicated in the appendix. By the Registry’s letters sent on 24   February 2017 by registered post, the applicants were notified that the period allowed for submission of their observations in reply had expired on various dates (see the appendix) and that no extension of time had been requested. Their attention was drawn to Article   37   §   1   (a) of the Convention. On the dates specified in the appendix, the applicants received that letters. However, no replies have been received by the Registry. THE LAW Having regard to the similar subject matter of the applications, the Court finds it appropriate to examine them jointly in a single decision. The Court considers that, the applicants in the present cases may be regarded as no longer wishing to pursue their applications, within the meaning of Article   37   §   1   (a) of the Convention. Furthermore, in accordance with Article   37   §   1 in fine , the Court finds no special circumstances regarding respect for human rights as defined in the Convention and its Protocols which require the continued examination of the cases. In view of the above, it is appropriate to strike the cases out of the list. For these reasons, the Court, unanimously, Decides to join the applications; Decides to strike the applications out of its list of cases.   Done in English and notified in writing on 19 October 2017.   Fatoş Aracı   Branko Lubarda Deputy Registrar   President Appendix   No. Application no.
