He was represented before the Court by Mr A.V. Kiryanov and Ms Y.V. Kiryanova, lawyers practising in Taganrog. The relevant facts were already summarised by the Court in the judgment Kesyan v. Russia (no. 36496/02, §§ 21-46, 19 October 2006). COMPLAINTS The applicant complained in substance under Articles 6, 13 of the Convention and Article 1 of Protocol No. 1 about failure of the Russian authorities to criminally prosecute the debtor Mr S. and absence of domestic remedies in this regard. THE LAW Having regard to all the material in its possession, and in so far as the matters complained of are within its competence, the Court finds that the applicant’s complaints are inadmissible and must be rejected in accordance with Article 35 §§ 1, 3 (a) and 4 of the Convention.
