She was represented before the Court by Mr R. Putkaradze, a lawyer practising in Batumi. 2.     The Georgian Government (“the Government”) were represented by their Agent, Mr B. Dzamashvili, of the Ministry of Justice. 3.     The applicant complained under Article 1 of Protocol No. 1 to the Convention about the revocation of her property title over a plot of land. On 7 April 2017 the Court decided to give notice to the Government of the applicant’s above complaint. 4.     By a letter of 11 May 2018 the applicant informed the Court that she wished to withdraw the application as the matter had been resolved at the domestic level. A copy of the applicant’s letter was sent to the Government who did not comment. THE LAW 5.     The Court considers that, in these circumstances, the applicant may be regarded as no longer wishing to pursue her application, within the meaning of Article 37 § 1 (a) of the Convention. Furthermore, in accordance with Article 37 § 1 in fine , the Court finds no special circumstances regarding respect for human rights as defined in the Convention and its Protocols which require the continued examination of the case. Accordingly, the case should be struck out of the list. For these reasons, the Court, unanimously, Decides to strike the application out of its list of cases. Done in English and notified in writing on 26 July 2018.   Milan Blaško   André Potocki Deputy Registrar   PresidentCitations
