In the light of the foregoing, and in the absence of any special circumstances regarding respect for the rights guaranteed by the Convention or its Protocols, the Court, in accordance with Article   37   §   1   (a) of the Convention, considers that it is no longer justified to continue the examination of the application. 7.     In view of the above, it is appropriate to strike the case out of the list. For these reasons, the Court, unanimously, Decides to strike the application out of its list of cases. Done in English and notified in writing on 25 March 2021.   {signature_p_2}   Hasan Bakırcı   Aleš Pejchal   Deputy Registrar   President   Appendix   No. Applicant’s Name Birth year Nationality Place of residence 1 Fatma Betül ZEYBEK   1984 Turkish Ankara 2 Azime AYDIN   1967 Turkish Ankara 3 Mustafa AYDIN   1958 Turkish Ankara 4 Abdullah ZEYBEK   1955 Turkish Ankara 5 Cafer Sedat ZEYBEK   2011 Turkish Ankara 6 Esra ZEYBEK   1994 Turkish Ankara 7 Hatice ZEYBEK   1959 Turkish Ankara 8 Selma ZEYBEK   2013 Turkish Ankara  Citations
