The applicant’s complaint under Article 3 of the Convention concerning his life sentence with no prospect of release was communicated to the Ukrainian Government (“the Government”). THE LAW Complaint under Article 3 of the Convention (life sentence with no prospect of release) In the present application, having examined all the material before it, the Court considers that for the reasons stated below, the application is inadmissible. In particular, the Court notes that the present complaint is substantially the same as the matter already examined by the Court in the applicant’s application no. 9511/18 (see Lopata and Others v. Ukraine , nos. 84210/17 and 23 others, §§ 6‑9, 10 December 2020, application no. 2 in the appended table). In view of the above, the Court finds that this complaint is inadmissible and must be rejected in accordance with Article   35   §§   2 (b) and   4 of the Convention. For these reasons, the Court, unanimously, Declares the application inadmissible.
