The applicant was represented by Mr K. Bagirov, Mr S. Rahimli and Mr   R. Aliyev, lawyers practising in Azerbaijan, and Ms R. Ramute, Mr   P.   Leach, Ms J. Gavron, Ms J. Sawyer and Ms K. Levine , lawyers practising in London. The applicant’s complaints under Articles 3, 5, 6, 8, 13 and 14 of the Convention concerning, inter alia , her arrest and administrative detention, as well as her alleged ill-treatment and forced medical examination during her detention, were communicated to the Azerbaijani Government (“the Government”). On 14   May 2021 the applicant’s principal representative, Mr K. Bagirov, informed the Registry that the applicant wanted to withdraw the application to the Court since she was no longer interested in pursuing it. THE LAW In the light of the foregoing, the Court concludes that the applicant may be regarded as no longer wishing to pursue the application (Article   37   §   1   (a) of the Convention). Furthermore, in accordance with Article   37   §   1 in fine, the Court finds no special circumstances regarding respect for human rights as defined in the Convention and the Protocols thereto which require the continued examination of the application. Accordingly, the case should be struck out of the list. For these reasons, the Court, unanimously, Decides to strike the application out of its list of cases.
