The applicant was represented by Mr H. Kuprešak , a lawyer practising in Zagreb. The applicant’s complaint under Article 6 § 1 of the Convention concerning the excessive length of civil proceedings was communicated to the Croatian Government (“the Government”). THE LAW In the present application, having examined all the material before it, the Court considers that for the reasons stated below, the applicant’s complaint about a violation of his right to a hearing within a reasonable time is inadmissible. In particular, the Court notes that the last domestic decision in the proceedings complained of was adopted on 15 May 2019 and served on the applicant’s representative on 28 May 2019 whereas he lodged that application with the Court on 5 December 2019, that is, more than six months later. In view of the above, the Court finds that this application is inadmissible under Article 35 § 1 of the Convention for non-compliance with the six ‑ month rule and that it must therefore be rejected pursuant to Article 35 §   4 thereof. For these reasons, the Court, unanimously, Declares the application inadmissible. Done in English and notified in writing on 30 September 2021.   {signature_p_2}   Viktoriya Maradudina   Erik Wennerström   Acting Deputy Registrar   President APPENDIX Application raising complaints under Article   6 § 1 of the Convention (excessive length of civil proceedings) Application no.
