She was represented by Mr   H.J. Janse a lawyer practising in Groningen. The applicant’s complaints under Article 3 of the Convention concerning her expulsion to Eritrea were communicated to the Dutch Government (“the Government”). On 17 June 2024 the applicant’s representative informed the Court that the applicant had been granted a residence permit for the period from 2 May 2018 until 2 May 2023 and a prolongation of the permit valid from 2 May 2023 until 2 May 2028. For that reason, the applicant’s representative asked the Court to strike out the case from its list of cases. THE LAW In view of the above, the Court considers that the matter has been resolved within the meaning of Article   37 §   1   (b) of the Convention and that respect for human rights as defined in the Convention and the Protocols thereto does not require it to continue the examination of the application under Article   37   §   1 in fine . Accordingly, the application should be struck out of the list. For these reasons, the Court, unanimously, Decides to strike the application out of its list of cases.
