The applicant’s complaints under Articles 3 and 13 of the Convention concerning the inadequate conditions of detention after conviction and the lack of an effective remedy in that respect were communicated to the Russian Government. THE LAW Complaints under Articles 3 and 13 of the Convention (inadequate conditions of detention after conviction and lack of an effective remedy) The Court observes that the facts giving rise to the alleged violations of the Convention occurred prior to 16 September 2022, the date on which the Russian Federation ceased to be a party to the Convention. The Court therefore decides that it has jurisdiction to examine the present application (see Fedotova and Others v. Russia [GC], nos. 40792/10 and 2 others, §§   68 ‑ 73, 17 January 2023). The applicant complained under Article 3 of the Convention about the conditions of detention in a correctional colony (see the appended table) and the absence of effective domestic remedies in that respect. The Court observes that these complaints are substantially the same as those raised by the applicant in application no. 23163/18 and examined by the Court in the case of Brovin and Others v. Russia (nos. 42504/17 and 41 others, 13 October 2022). Accordingly, this application must be rejected in accordance with Article   35 §§ 2 (b) and 4 of the Convention. For these reasons, the Court, unanimously, Declares the application inadmissible. Done in English and notified in writing on 6 March 2025.     Viktoriya Maradudina   Diana Kovatcheva   Acting Deputy Registrar   President   APPENDIX Application raising complaints under Articles   3 and 13 of the Convention (inadequate conditions of detention after conviction and lack of an effective domestic remedy) Application no.
