The applicant was represented by Mr D. Kiss, a lawyer practising in Budapest. The applicant’s complaints under Article 5 § 3 of the Convention concerning the length of his pre-trial detention were communicated to the Hungarian Government (“the Government”). On 20   January 2025 the applicant’s representative informed the Registry that the applicant had died and that his application to the Court would not be pursued. No heir has come forth. THE LAW In the light of the foregoing, the Court concludes that the case should be struck out of the list, in application of Article   37   §   1   (a) of the Convention. For these reasons, the Court, unanimously, Decides to strike the application out of its list of cases.
