The applicants were represented by Mr Stefano Pagliai, a lawyer practising in Florence. The applicants’ complaints under Article 1 of Protocol No. 1 to the Convention, concerning Law no. 168 of 2022 and the applicants’ consequent inability to retrieve or transfer their assets for a further thirteen years (until   2037) after the initial wait until 2024, were communicated to the San   Marinese Government (“the Government”). On 28   July 2025 the applicants informed the Registry that they wanted to withdraw their applications to the Court following an out-of-court arrangement reached with the Government. THE LAW Having regard to the similar subject matter of the applications, the Court finds it appropriate to examine them jointly in a single decision. In the light of the foregoing, the Court concludes that the applicants may be regarded as no longer wishing to pursue their applications (Article   37   §   1   (a) of the Convention). Furthermore, in accordance with Article   37   §   1 in fine , the Court finds no special circumstances regarding respect for human rights as defined in the Convention and the Protocols thereto which require the continued examination of the applications. Accordingly, the applications should be struck out of the list. For these reasons, the Court, unanimously, Decides to join the applications; Decides to strike the applications out of its list of cases. Done in English and notified in writing on 9 October 2025.     Viktoriya Maradudina   Andreas Zünd   Acting Deputy Registrar   President APPENDIX No. Application no.
