They are Russian nationals originating from the region of Ingushetia who have applied for asylum in Finland. They are represented before the Court by Ms   Kirsi Hytinantti from Helsinki. COMPLAINTS The applicants complain that they would be persecuted and subjected to treatment contrary to Article 3 if expelled to Russia.   They also complain under Articles 6 and 13 that they are deprived of an effective remedy to appeal their case if they are expelled before their case has been decided by the Finnish Supreme Administrative Court and the Court. QUESTION   In the light of the applicants’ claims and the information which have been submitted, would they face a risk of being subjected to treatment in breach of Article 3 of the Convention if they are expelled to Russia?
