Ils alléguaient que ce refus portait une atteinte disproportionnée à leur vie familiale.   Par sa décision du 7 février 2012, la Cour a pris acte du règlement amiable intervenu entre les parties aux termes duquel le gouvernement s’engageait à délivrer un visa de long séjour aux deux enfants et à verser aux requérants la somme de 3 000 euros (EUR). Elle a en conséquence radié l’affaire du rôle.   En application de ce règlement amiable, le gouvernement a délivré aux deux fillettes, Yaprak et Yagmur   Goz, des visas de long séjour le 11 avril 2012. Il a également procédé au paiement le 11 avril 2012 de la somme de 3 000 €.   En conséquence, le gouvernement estime que les termes du règlement amiable ont été exécutés.
