QUESTIONS TO THE PARTIES 1.     What directions were given to the jury in the context of the first retrial from February 2009 to September 2009 on the subject of prejudicial reporting:   (a)     at the commencement of the retrial; (b)     during the retrial; (c)     before the jury retired to consider its verdicts; (d)     at any other time?   2. Having regard to the media coverage following the verdicts handed down on 8 September 2008, did the first applicant have a fair trial by an impartial tribunal as required by Article 6 § 1 of the Convention in the retrial on Count 1 before Mr Justice Henriques?
