The case concerns the conditions of the applicant’s detention, his health conditions and medical care provided to him in the SIZO and the conditions of his detention during the court hearings. The application was communicated by the President on 14   February   2012. The parties submitted their written observations on admissibility and merits of the case. The Court decided on 21 November 2013 to invite the Government to submit observations on the following questions concerning the days when the applicant was brought to the court for hearings:     QUESTIONS     1.     When was the applicant fetched from his cell in the SIZO?   2.     When was he put in the car which drove him to the court building?   3.     When did the car reach the court building?   4.     When was the applicant fetched from the car and brought to a waiting room in the court?   5.     When really did the court hearings start?   6.     When exactly were the court hearings closed?   7.     When was the applicant brought to the car which drove him back to the SIZO and where did he stay in the meantime?   8.     When did the car reach the SIZO?   9.     When was the applicant brought back to his cell and where did he stay in the meantime?   10.     During the days when the applicant attended the hearings held before the Pechersk Court, could he consume food stuff and water from his own resources taking into account that this seems to be prohibited by Articles 1.29 and 3.19.3 of Instruction on organisation of convoys of arrested persons and person held in detention of 20 January 2005 no. 60?   11.     The Government are requested to submit the text of the Instruction concerned.  Citations
