Des requérants ont saisi la Cour européenne des droits de l'homme contre un État membre pour violation présumée de la Convention européenne des droits de l'homme. La Cour a rendu un arrêt définitif le 18 mars 2013, constatant une violation des droits des requérants.
Procédure
Le Comité des ministres du Conseil de l'Europe a supervisé l'exécution de l'arrêt rendu par la Cour européenne des droits de l'homme. L'État condamné a été invité à informer le Comité des mesures prises pour se conformer à l'arrêt.

Sweden (Application No. 28774/09), judgment of 18 December 2012, final on 18 March 2013   Case summary   Case description:   The enforcement of the expulsion order against the applicants, who are Uzbek nationals, would give rise to a violation of Article 3 of the Convention. Individual measures   Just satisfaction:   The award for costs and expenses of € 4   500 has been paid.   Individual measures:   On 27 February 2013, the Migration Board granted the applicants permanent residence permits in Sweden.   General measures   General measures:   The government considers no general measures to be necessary.   Publication and dissemination   The government has distributed a report containing a summary of the judgment in Swedish, and with a copy of the judgment attached, to the Migration Board and the domestic courts directly involved in the case, i.e., the Migration Court in Stockholm and the Migration Court of Appeal.
