(interview of 28 January 2009) as well as other former Croatian soldiers interviewed between 22 October 2002 and 4 March 2003, about V.H., M.S. and their commander M.B. being the alleged direct perpetrators of the abduction and killing of the applicants’ close relative V.B., been followed by the national authorities?
