In particular:   (a)     Is the applicant currently under a threat of deportation to Iran or Uzbekistan?   (b)     Has an official decision been taken for the applicant’s deportation to Iran or Uzbekistan? If so, the Government are invited to submit a copy of the decision.   (c)     What is the relevance of the Foreigners and International Protection Act (Law no. 6458) and its implementation in this respect? Does Law no. 6458 provide sufficient safeguards/effective remedies in cases concerning removal of asylum seekers from Turkey?   The Government are requested to submit copies of administrative courts’ decisions in cases concerning removal of asylum seekers rendered subsequent to the entry into force of Law no. 6458 on 11 April 2014 in comparable cases.
