In this application the applicant submitted her complaints relying on Articles 6, 8 and 13 of the Convention.   QUESTION tO THE PARTIES Has there been a violation of the applicant’s right to respect for family life, contrary to Article 8 of the Convention? In particular, have the authorities observed their positive obligations under Article 8 to ensure that the applicant could properly exercise the right of access to her child?
