His applications for asylum, claiming that, due to legal issues Lebanon and being Christian, he would face a real risk of being killed by Hezbollah if returned to his home country, were rejected by the Swedish Migration Board and, upon appeal, by the migration courts. complaint The applicant complains under Article 3 of the Convention that, if he were to be expelled to Lebanon, he would risk being killed by Hezbollah due to legal issues in that country and because he is Christian. QUESTION In the light of the applicant’s claims and the documents which have been submitted, would he face a risk of being subjected to treatment in breach of Article 3 of the Convention if the expulsion order were enforced?
