If so, was that interference prescribed by law and necessary in terms of Article 10 § 2?   2.     Has there been a violation of the applicant’s rights under Article 6 § 1 of the Convention read in the light of Article 10 of the Convention due to the length of proceedings concerning the applicant’s right to receive the said information?
