In particular, was the principle of equality of arms respected as regards the possibility to examine the case files? 2.     Was the applicant afforded adequate time and facilities to prepare his defence, as required by Article   6 §   3   (b) of the Convention? In particular, was there enough time and facilities for the defence to examine adequately audio files and text messages as well as email and document files?
