  Recalling that the violations of the Convention found by the Court in these cases primarily concern the right to liberty and security within the context of detention on remand; other violations concern:   -           the continued detention of the applicant following a release order issued (violation of Article 5   §   1) in the case of Tandoğan (9244/02) (this issue was examined under the Hamşioğlu group of cases (see Final Resolution CM/ResDH(2014)123 );   -           the excessive length of criminal proceedings (violations of article 6   §   1) in 110 cases and the lack of an effective remedy in this respect (violations of article 13) in 20 cases (these issues were examined under the Ormancı and Others group of cases (see Final Resolution CM/ResDH(2014)298 );   -           the lack of independence and impartiality of the State security courts (violations of Article 6) in the cases of Demirel (39324/98), Sevgin and Ince (46262/99), Temel and Taşkin (40159/98) (this issue was examined under the Gençel and Çıraklar groups of cases (see Final Resolutions CM/ResDH(2013)256 and ResDH(99)555 ) respectively);   -           the violation of the right to adversarial proceedings and equality of arms, on account of the authorities’ failure to communicate to the applicants the prosecutors’ opinion before the Court of Cassation (violation of Article 6   §   1) (this issue was examined under the Göç group of cases (see Final Resolution CM/ResDH(2011)307 ));   -           the absence of legal assistance in police custody (violations of Article 6   §   3(c)) in the cases of Dil (2611/09), Doğan and Kalın (1651/05), Feti Ateş and Others (28827/04) (this issue is being examined under the Salduz (36391/02) group of cases);   -           the violation of the applicant’s right to be presumed innocent until proved guilty (violation of Art 6   §   2) in the case of Urfi Cetinkaya (19866/04) (this issue is being examined under the Dicle and Sadak case (48621/07));   -           the violation of the applicant’s right to respect for his private life on account of unjustified interference by the prison authorities with his correspondence (violation of Article 8) in Fethullah Akpulat (22077/03) (this issue is being examined under the Tamer group (6289/02));   Recalling the respondent State’s obligation, under Article 46, paragraph 1, of the Convention, to abide by all final judgments in cases to which it has been a party and that this obligation entails, over and above the payment of any sums awarded by the Court, the adoption by the authorities of the respondent State, where required:   -           of individual measures to put an end to violations established and erase their consequences so as to achieve as far as possible restitutio in integrum ; and -           of general measures preventing similar violations;   Having invited the government of the respondent State to inform the Committee of the measures taken to comply with the above-mentioned obligation;   Having examined the action report provided by the government indicating the measures adopted in order to give effect to the judgments including the information provided regarding the payment of the just satisfaction awarded by the Court (see document DH-DD(2016)1176 );   Having noted that the applications in these cases were lodged with the Court between 16 December 1996 and 5 July 2012 and that none of the applicants are currently being detained on remand;   Having satisfied itself that all the measures required by Article 46, paragraph 1, have been adopted,   DECLARES that it has exercised its functions under Article 46, paragraph 2, of the Convention in these cases and   DECIDES to close the examination thereof.
