He complains under Article 5 § 1 of the Convention that his detention was not lawful under domestic law, because it was too long. Since the applicant’s detention was longer than twelve   months, the case raises issues which are similar to those examined in Savca v. the Republic of Moldova , no. 17963/08, 15 March 2016. The applicant raises other complaints under Article 5 §§ 3 and 4 and under Article 13 of the Convention.
