QUESTION tO THE PARTIES Having regard to his conviction on 22 November 2016 by the Ordgonikidskiy District Court of Ekaterinburg, as upheld on Sverdlovsk Regional Court on 10 March 2017, has there been a breach of Article   6 §§   1 and   3   (c) of the Convention as a result of the lack of legal assistance available to the applicant on 22 January 2016 (see Ibrahim and Others v. the United Kingdom [GC], nos. 50541/08 and 3 others, §§ 249-74, ECHR   2016)?
