They complain under Article 6 § 1 that the Kúria adjudicated an interim question of their case on 20 February 2013 (service: 15 May 2013) without ever notifying or involving their lawyer, as a result of which they could not make representations, have access to the case documents or react to events of the procedure in any manner. The final decision closing the case was given by the Kúria on 30   January   2015. QUESTIONS tO THE PARTIES: 1.     Did the applicants have a fair hearing in the determination of their civil rights and obligations, in accordance with Article 6 § 1 of the Convention?
