Recalling the respondent State’s obligation, under Article 46, paragraph 1, of the Convention, to abide by all final judgments in cases to which it has been a party and that this obligation entails, over and above the payment of any sums awarded by the Court, the adoption by the authorities of the respondent State, where required:   -           of individual measures to put an end to violations established and erase their consequences so as to achieve as far as possible restitutio in integrum ; and -           of general measures preventing similar violations;   Having invited the government of the respondent State to inform the Committee of the measures taken to comply with the above-mentioned obligation;   Having examined the action plan provided by the government indicating the individual measures adopted in order to give effect to the judgments including the information provided regarding the payment of the just satisfaction awarded by the Court (see document DH-DD(2018)1045 );   Considering that the question of the individual measures has been resolved as the domestic proceedings have come to an end;   Underlining that the closure of these cases in no way prejudges the Committee’s evaluation of the general measures necessary to ensure the expeditiousness of proceedings before administrative bodies and courts and the effectiveness of the domestic remedy, to be pursued in the framework of the cases of the Beller group;   DECLARES that it has exercised its functions under Article 46, paragraph 2, of the Convention in these cases as regards the individual measures and   DECIDES to close the examination thereof.   Appendix – List of cases   Application Case Judgment of Final on 34105/03 BEATA BOGUSŁAW 29/07/2008 29/10/2008 59857/00 BENNICH-ZALEWSKI 22/04/2008 22/07/2008 23484/02 BERENT-DERDA 01/07/2008 01/10/2008 49961/99 BOGUCKI 15/11/2005 15/02/2006 71146/01 BORYSIEWICZ 01/07/2008 01/10/2008 32098/05 CIEŚLAK 03/06/2008 29/09/2008 34591/04 CUDOWSCY 05/01/2010 05/04/2010 58154/08 DERDA 01/06/2010 01/09/2010 30030/06 FLORCZYK AND OTHERS 12/10/2010 12/10/2010 40732/98 J.S. and A.S. 24/05/2005 12/10/2005 38049/02 KANIEWSKI 08/11/2005 08/02/2006 33429/07 KORCZ 29/09/2009 29/12/2009 52495/99 KOSS 28/03/2006 28/06/2006 77420/01 KRYSZKIEWICZ 06/03/2007 06/06/2007 34103/03 MAREK BOGUSŁAW 29/07/2008 29/10/2008 41265/05 MAZUREK 11/01/2011 11/01/2011 13505/08 MIĘDZYZAKŁADOWA ORGANIZACJA ZWIĄZKOWA NSZZ SOLIDARNOŚĆ OF ŚWIDNICA 28/02/2012 28/05/2012 9834/08 MULARZ 04/10/2011 04/01/2012 12550/02 OLESIŃSKI 18/12/2007 18/03/2008 77795/01 ORZECHOWSKI 24/10/2006 24/01/2007 34342/06 PELIZG 13/01/2009 06/07/2009 32622/03 PUCZYŃSKI 08/12/2009 08/03/2010 12253/03 RATYŃSKA 21/10/2008 21/01/2009 11101/04 RYGALSKI 22/01/2008 22/04/2008 61967/00 SERNAWIT 06/11/2007 06/02/2008 36431/03 SKOWROŃSKI 24/01/2006 24/04/2006 12534/03 STUKUS AND OTHERS 01/04/2008 01/07/2008 67979/01 SZENK 22/03/2005 22/06/2005 43939/07 TARNOWSKI AND OTHERS 27/09/2011 27/09/2011 34469/05 TRZASKALSKA 01/12/2009 10/05/2010 24523/08 UZAROWICZ 12/10/2010 21/02/2011 35760/06 WILCZYŃSKI 18/03/2008 29/09/2008 3441/02 WYPUKOŁ-PIĘTKA 20/10/2009 08/06/2010 20/01/2010 08/09/2010 23668/03 WYSOCKA AND OTHERS 13/01/2009 13/04/2009 64972/01 ZIĘTAL 12/05/2009 12/08/2009    Citations
