Following the applicant’s death on 4 November 2015, her son and successor, Mr I.B., informed the Court of his wish to continue with the application. QUESTION tO THE PARTIES Has there been a breach of Article 8 of the Convention in the present case as a result of the disclosure of sensitive medical information about the applicant (see Z. v.
