The applicant submits that the above entails an unnecessary interference with his right to respect for family life under Article 8 of the Convention. QUESTION TO THE PARTIES Has there been a violation of the applicant’s right to respect for his family life contrary to Article 8 of the Convention, through the authorities’ decision to limit the applicant’s right to contact with his children in foster care to once yearly for three hours (see, for example, K. and T. v.
