The applicant complains under Article 6 § 1 of that the court proceedings were not fair because he did not have sufficient time to prepare and under Article 11 of the Convention that his right to freedom of assembly was breached. QUESTION TO THE PARTIES Has there been a violation of the applicant’s right to freedom of peaceful assembly, contrary to Article   11 of the Convention ( Hyde Park and Others v.
