By a judgment which became final on 8 March 2019, the applicant was convicted of drug offences. He was sentenced to 4 years’ imprisonment, and expelled from Denmark with a life-long ban on returning.   The applicant complained that the order expelling him from Denmark was in breach of Article 8 of the Convention. QUESTION TO THE PARTIES Having regard, in particular, to the fact that the applicant was born in Denmark, would the implementation of the order to expel him from the country be in breach of Article 8 of the Convention?
