The applications concern the alleged push ‑ backs of the applicants from Greece back to Turkey after they crossed the borders in Evros-Edirne area in February 2020. QUESTIONS TO THE PARTIES 1.     Did the applicants cross the borders from Turkey and enter Greece on the alleged dates? Were they arrested from the Greek police or other State agents and transferred back to Turkey?
