Hands off Ukraine!” The applicant was given a two-year prison sentence (final decision: 28 July 2016, the Astrakhan Regional Court). QUESTIONS TO THE PARTIES Has there been a violation of Article 10 of the Convention? Was the applicant’s conviction based on clear and foreseeable legal provisions and necessary in a democratic society? In particular, was the sentence proportionate to the gravity of his acts?
