Moreover, they argued that their rights to respect for their family life within the meaning of Article   8 §   1 of the Convention would also be breached if they were to be deported. Their applications were rejected by the Migration Agency and, upon appeal, by the migration courts. On 9 March 2021 the Court indicated to the Government, under Rule 39 of its Rules, that the applicants should not be removed for the duration of the proceedings before the Court.   QUESTIONS 1.     In the light of the applicants’ claims and the documents that have been submitted, would they face a risk of being subjected to treatment in breach of Articles 2 and 3 of the Convention if the deportation orders were enforced?   2.     In the light of the applicants’ claims and the documents that have been submitted, would their rights to respect for their family life within the meaning of Article   8 §   1 of the Convention be breached if the deportation orders were enforced?   APPENDIX   No. Applicant’s Name Nationality   A.A.
