The applicants rely mainly on Article 1 of Protocol No. 1 to the Convention. QUESTIONS TO THE PARTIES In respect of all applications   1.     Insofar as the applicants are unable to enjoy, peacefully, their possessions by reason of the State’s sale of the said possessions to third parties, has there been an interference with the applicants’ rights within the meaning of Article 1 of Protocol No. 1 of the Convention (see for instance Dickmann and Gion v.
