The applicants allege that they were homeless, that no food was provided to them and that no legal guardian was appointed for them.   QUESTIONS TO THE PARTIES 1. Having regard to the fact that the applicants are unaccompanied minors, and that according to their allegations they were homeless, with no legal guardian appointed for them and without access to medical assistance, were their living conditions compatible with Article 3 and/or Article 8 of the Convention?   2.
