They lived in a tent in the forest outside the Samos “hotspot” and they were subsequently placed in a container inside the “hotspot”. The applicants rely upon Articles 3, 8 and 13 of the Convention. QUESTIONS TO THE PARTIES 1.     Having regard to the fact that the applicant mother was at an advanced stage of pregnancy, and that according to her allegations she did not have access to the necessary healthcare, were her living conditions compatible with Article 3 and/or Article   8 of the Convention?
