In particular the applicant, relying on Article 3 of the Convention, complains of the absence of adequate medical treatment for his diseases , which include serious forms of arthrosis, osteoporosis and chronic pain which impair his mobility.     QUESTION TO THE PARTIES Has there been a breach of the applicant’s rights under Article 3 of the Convention? Romania , no. 55089/13, §§ 77-80, 28 November 2017 );   (b)     did the applicant receive adequate medical treatment during his detention in prison, with particular regard to physiotherapy (see the principles set out by the Court in Blokhin v. Russia [GC], no. 47152/06, §§ 136-137, 23   March 2016, and, mutatis mutandis , Helhal v. France , no. 10401/12, § 57, 19   February 2015)?   The Government are further invited to submit a copy of the applicant’s prison medical register ( diario   clinico ) along with a typewritten version.    Citations
