Relying on Article 8 of the Convention, the applicants complain that the search and seizure carried out in their home, offices and vehicle within the framework of the criminal proceedings instituted against the first applicant violated their Convention rights. QUESTIONS TO THE PARTIES 1.     Has there been an interference with the applicants’ right to respect for their private and family life, home or correspondence, within the meaning of Article 8 § 1 of the Convention on account of the search and seizure carried out in their home, offices and vehicle? If so, was that interference in accordance with the law and necessary in terms of Article 8 § 2?   2.     The parties are requested to submit copies of all documents relating to the search and seizure carried out in the applicants’ home, offices and vehicle.
