He suffers inter alia from lower limb amputation of his right leg and chronic conditions including neurinoma. The applicant relies on Article 3 of the Convention with regard to his living conditions and lack of medical treatment. QUESTIONS TO THE PARTIES 1.     Having regard to the applicant’s state of health, has there been a violation of Article 3 of the Convention on account of his medical treatment?   2.     Were the applicant’s living conditions in Mavrovouni RIC Lesvos compatible with Article 3 of the Convention?
