The applicants who were detained in various prisons mainly complain of their inability to maintain contact with their school-age children on account of the said prohibition. In application no. 7331/21, besides the applicant’s complaint as to the restriction of the weekend visits, he also complains of the recording and storage of his private correspondence in the National Judicial Network System (UYAP). Lastly, the applicants in applications nos.44263/20, 45071/20, 51422/20, 52089/20, 55323/20 and 27046/21, further complain of their conditions of detention, in particular overcrowding. Invoking Article 8 of the Convention, the applicants all allege a breach of their right to respect for their private and family life and correspondence. Relying on Article 3 of the Convention, the applicants in applications nos.   44263/20, 45071/20, 51422/20, 52089/20, 55323/20 and 27046/21, also complain of the inadequate conditions of their detention.       QUESTIONS TO THE PARTIES CASE-SPECIFIC QUESTION IN RESPECT OF THE ADMISSIBILITY OF APPLICATION NO. 8253/21 Has the application been lodged with the Court in accordance with the six-month time-limit pursuant to Article 35 § 1 of the Convention (see   Sabri Güneş v. Turkey [GC], no. 27396/06, §§ 39-42, 29 June 2012)? In particular, when was the decision of the Constitutional Court of 16   July 2020 served on the applicant by the prison administration?   COMMON QUESTIONS   1.     Has there been an interference with the applicants’ right to respect for their private and family life and correspondence, within the meaning of Article   8   §   1 of the Convention, on account of the impugned restrictions on weekend visits and telephone calls (see Subaşı and Others v.   Türkiye , nos.   3468/20 and 18 others, §§ 77-79 and 105, 6 December 2022)?   2.     If so, was that interference in accordance with the law and necessary in terms of Article 8 § 2 of the Convention? In particular, did the domestic authorities make a concrete assessment of the applicants’ needs and engage with their complaints in accordance with the guarantees inherent in Article   8 of the Convention (ibid., §§ 80-93 and 106‑09)?   CASE-SPECIFIC QUESTION IN RESPECT OF APPLICATION NO. 7331/21 1.     Has there been an interference with the applicant’s right to respect for his private life and correspondence, within the meaning of Article 8 § 1 of the Convention, on account of the recording and storage of his private correspondence in the National Judicial Network System (UYAP) (see Nuh Uzun and Others v. Turkey , no. 49341/18 and 13   others, §   82, 29   March 2022)?   2.     If so, was that interference in accordance with the law and necessary in terms of Article 8 § 2 of the Convention? In particular, did the impugned measure have an accessible and foreseeable legal basis providing appropriate safeguards to prevent any disclosure of personal information that might be inconsistent with the guarantees of Article 8 of the Convention (ibid., §§   84‑98)?   CASE-SPECIFIC QUESTION IN RESPECT OF APPLICATIONS NOS. 44263/20, 45071/20, 51422/20, 52089/20, 55323/20 and 27046/21 Have the conditions of the applicants’ detention, in particular, the personal space in view of the number of prisoners placed in the same multi-occupancy units, amounted to inhuman or degrading treatment in breach of Article   3 of the Convention (see Muršić v. Croatia [GC], no. 7334/13, §§   136-140, 20   October 2016; and İlerde and Others v. Türkiye , nos. 35614/19 and 10   others, §§ 169-199, 5 December 2023)?   The Government is requested to provide the Court information with respect to the floor space that was available to the applicants in the various prison cells they stayed in by specifying the periods of their detention in accordance with the methodology specified in the Court’s İlerde and Others judgment (ibid, §§ 173-176).       APPENDIX No. Application no.
