The applicants, detained in five different facilities, explicitly or implicitly complain under Article 34 of the Convention of being subjected to pressure, such as threats, questioning, excessive searches, transfers and/or denial of access to information and documents in view of their recourse to the Court under Articles 3 and 13 of the Convention regarding inadequate conditions of detention. Some applicants also complain under Articles 6 and 13 of the Convention of excessive length of criminal proceedings against them. A short summary of each application is provided in the appended table. QUESTIONS TO THE PARTIES 1.     Has there been any hindrance by the State with the effective exercise of the applicants’ right of application, ensured by Article 34 of the Convention (see Davydov and Others v. Ukraine , nos. 17674/02 and   39081/02, §§ 333-338, 1 July 2010, and Sergey Antonov v. Ukraine , no.   40512/13, §§   105‑110, 22 October 2015)?   2.     Did the conditions of the applicants’ detention amount to inhuman or degrading treatment, in breach of Article 3 of the Convention, and did the applicants have an effective remedy in this respect, as required by Article 13 of the Convention (see Melnik v.
