Namely, the applicants in all three applications alleged that the police searches carried out in their respect were not accompanied by any procedural safeguards, the evidence obtained (drugs and/or weapons) as a result of those search operations had in reality been planted by the relevant officers, and that the domestic courts had failed to adequately address their arguments regarding the quality of such evidence as a basis for their respective convictions. The respective proceedings ended on the dates indicated in the appended table. The applicants relied on Article   6 of the Convention. QUESTIONS TO THE PARTIES Did the applicants have a fair hearing in the determination of the criminal charges against them, in accordance with Article 6 § 1 of the Convention?   In this respect, did the national courts afford the applicants a reasonable opportunity to examine the quality of the evidence found during the relevant search operations and to oppose its use, including as regards the question of whether the circumstances in which the evidence was obtained cast doubt on its reliability or accuracy (see Kobiashvili v.   Georgia , no.   36416/06, §§   56-73, 14 March 2019, with further references therein)?     APPENDIX No. Application no.
